Cinema audience option

I have turned the audience option on but still don't see any people in the surrounding seats.

Possible reasons:

1. At that moment there was nobody else in the theater.
2. At that moment the cinema was completely full, not allowing more connections.
3. Your mobile internet connection is unstable or too slow.
4. Your mobile internet connection is behind a firewall blocking ports.
5. Your WiFi connection is behind a firewall blocking ports.
